Flowers for National Chicken Dance Day

My friends and I are always looking for an excuse to send each other fresh flowers. Knowing some of the funny daily holidays always give us a chance to surprise one another. After doing a little research I found out that May 15 is National Chicken Dance Day. My friends and I always get a laugh out of doing the Chicken Dance at weddings and parties. So, I thought what a great excuse to send flowers to my friends and remind them to do the Chicken Dance on May 15 and have a good laugh.

When I went to order flowers for each of my friends, I wanted an arrangement that they would all get a kick out of with a funny card attached. The florist was great in helping me pick out the right flowers for the bouquets. He suggested that daisies in an array of colors mixed in with some sunflowers would be a great combination for sending on National Chicken Dance Day to all of my crazy friends.

I have never ordered online flowers before and was a little worried about the quality. He quickly informed me that they were an FTD Member. Knowing that put my worries to rest right away. I knew that the arrangements would arrive on time and that florists that are members only use the freshest flowers in their bouquets.

Now with this funny holiday just a few short weeks away, I cannot wait to see the looks on their faces when they receive their daisy and sunflower bouquets. I know each of my friends will not only get a good chuckle out of it, they will also love displaying the fresh flowers on their desks at work.
